Order Verification

To ensure secure and accurate order processing, a verification message or call may be sent to the mobile number provided during checkout. Orders will only be processed after successful customer verification.

If we are unable to verify your order, it may be delayed or cancelled.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Once your order has been verified, it will be processed and handed over to our trusted courier partner for delivery.

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details, allowing you to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Karachi: 2–3 Business Days
Rest of Pakistan: 3–5 Business Days
Sales & Promotional Events: 5–7 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

We offer nationwide standard shipping across Pakistan for a flat delivery fee of Rs. 200 per order.

Any promotional offers, including free shipping, will be clearly displayed on our website when available.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are requested to pay the full amount to the courier rider before opening the package.

Our courier partners are not authorized to allow parcels to be opened before payment has been completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to your registered email address. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment through the courier's tracking system.

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:
