At Soak in Love, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we're here to help.
Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before requesting a return, refund, or exchange.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
- The product was damaged during transit.
- The product is defective or faulty upon delivery.
- You received an incorrect item that does not match your order.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- All original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging must remain intact.
- Your return request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Unfortunately, return requests submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Products without their original packaging or labels.
- Items purchased during clearance, promotional sales, or special discount campaigns (unless damaged, defective, or incorrect).
- Gift cards, promotional items, or complimentary products.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support Team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Email us at soakinlove.pk@gmail.com.
- Include the following information:
- Your Order Number
- Your Full Name
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product (if applicable)
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.
Please do not return any product without prior approval from our support team.
Return Shipping
If the return is approved because:
- We shipped the wrong item.
- The product arrived damaged.
- The product is defective.
Soak in Love will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our Quality Assurance team.
Once the inspection is complete, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
Prepaid Orders
If your refund is approved, your payment will be returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be processed through:
- Bank Transfer
- Store Credit (where applicable)
COD refunds are generally completed within 10–12 business days after approval.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for products that are:
- Damaged during shipping.
- Defective upon delivery.
- Incorrectly delivered.
Product exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be processed according to this policy.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
However, if the return is due to our error, including:
- Incorrect product shipped.
- Damaged product.
- Defective product.
We will refund the applicable shipping charges or arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
To request an order cancellation, please contact our support team immediately after placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve your claim quickly, please include:
- Your Order Number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the shipping package
- A brief explanation of the issue
